Because the World Community Grid (WCG) did initially use several grid agents, the granted credits (points) have been "normalized" in order to have a unified credit to each user despite of the used agents.
Today, Boinc is the only used grid agent. But, for legacy reasons, the World
Community Grid is still using the "normalized" credits. Therefore, the showed statistics mentioned both WCG and Boinc points as well.
